Participants from non-EU countries will need to apply for an Italian visa in order to enter Italy and will need an official letter of invitation to do so.

Register before the end of February 2012 if you require an official letter of invitation for your visa application, by regular mail from the “Centro Studi e Ricerche per le Palme” Association allowing participation in the EUNOPS meeting and, if you wish, also in the organized trip to the “Cinque Terre” on Monday 14 May. Please contact your local Italian embassy or consulate for additional information and requirements for visa applications.

Access to the Villa Ormond public Gardens will be possible every day from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. However, a guided tour of the gardens will be organized on Sunday 13 May in the morning.

Note that presentations can either be short communications (10mins), or longer presentations (20mins long, including questions). Posters are also welcome.

IMPORTANT – UPDATE

Deadline for abstract submission will now be 7th April.

Only 10 minutes long communication proposals can now be accepted.

The same deadline applies to room booking: rooms at Hotel Marinella, Sanremo, cannot be guaranteed for reservations made after 7th April. After that date, participants can still register to attend the meeting, but they may need to find another hotel accommodation.

Registrations for the bus trip to the Cinque Terre (on 14th May) should be made no later than April 16th.
