Most EUNOPS members will need to apply for a Russian visa in order to enter Russia and will need an official letter of invitation to do so.

Register before the end of January 2011 in order to receive an official letter of invitation by regular mail from the V.L. Komarov Botanical Institution of RAS allowing participation in the EUNOPS meeting and work at the Herbarium of the V.L. Komarov Botanical Institution of RAS (LE). Please contact your local Russian embassy for additional information and requirements for visa applications.

Access to the Herbarium (LE) will be possible during the week before the meeting (11-15^th
of April 2011) and on the dates of the meeting. Please let us know in advance if you have
any special requirements for your visit to the Herbarium.

Note that presentations can either be short communications (10mins), or longer presentations (20mins long, including questions).
